Most sessions are 60 minutes, but 90-minute and 120-minute options are available for most treatments. Indian head massage and oncology massage are typically 45–60 minutes. Corporate chair sessions are 15–30 minutes per person.
You undress to whatever level you're comfortable with. Professional draping with a sheet or towel maintains your privacy and modesty throughout the session. Your comfort is always the priority.

Yes, when performed by a trained therapist. Anna's pregnancy massage is tailored specifically to expectant mothers and is available from 15 weeks onwards. It is not suitable for high-risk pregnancies. Always consult your midwife or GP first if you have any concerns.
